Taz & Myself have been married since September 2008, I have two children and we have been a part of the Ninilchik community since 2013. I am retired from the Army since 2005.
History of Ninilchik Cabins & Cafe'
In 2012 we first purchased the Lovin’ Oven Bakery when it had alone cabin in the back that was used as an office. Operating as a very small Bakery, The third year is when we brought Thai Food into Ninilchik and it was the first successful season for the Lovin’ Oven. The fourth year is when we decided to add cabins to the property. We have since added 4 completed cabins and 2 that are unfinished.
Fall 2016 Renovation
Renamed the business from Lovin’ Oven Bakery to Ninilchik Cabins & Cafe’. Officially opening the doors in August 2017, we currently have 5 finished Cabins ready to serve customers each of which has its own bathroom & kitchenette.
