Cabins Rates
For current rates, click on Search Availability button on this site. No extra expense for extra guests. Please book by maximum guests of the cabin you choose and if you have more guests than beds, please bring sleeping bags.
Cleaning Fee
Price per each booking for normal cleaning within 1 hour. If a cabin is “trashed” by you, your guest or your pet, a fee of $50.00 per hour will be incurred by the renter until the cabin is as clean as it was prior to your stay.
Pet Fee $50.00
We have 3 cabins that are pet friendly if you travel with your pet. We don't have doggie beds but would ask that pets are not allowed on any furniture and not left alone in the cabin. Pet fee is per booking.
Payment
Payment in full (including tax) is required to hold and confirm your reservation. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, JCB, Discover, and Diners Club. Sorry no personal checks are accepted. We need the name as it appears on the credit card, the number and the expiration date. No reservations accepted without payment.
Cancellation Policy
We have such a short seasonal business that cancellations are frowned upon. Prior to Arrival - 60 days or more 10% +$15.00 Service Fee. 59-31 days - 25% service fee of total amount cancelled ($50.00 minimum). 30-15 days - 50% service fee of total amount cancelled ($100.00 minimum). We highly recommend visitors purchase Travel Insurance.
Check-In & Check-Out
Check-in time is 4 pm. Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. Please notify us in your reservation notes or by email if you plan to arrive before 4 pm or after 8 pm.
No Smoking
No Smoking or Vaping inside any cabin.
No Outdoor Shoes inside the Cabins
Please leave your shoes at the door mat area.
Respect
Please treat our cabin with the same respect you would like anyone to treat your own home. We reserve the right to evict anyone at anytime the Host finds you or your guests have broken the rules without refund.
